Dr. Cédric Gubelmann – Medical-Sports Symposium 2025
This conference analyzes the impact of obesity on the physical condition of more than 400,000 young Swiss adults, using data collected by the army between 2007 and 2022. The results show a sharp decline in physical performance, particularly musculoskeletal, among overweight or obese young people, and call for targeted prevention from a young age.
