The following general terms and conditions apply to participants of the Medicol 2025 Congress:

14-day cancellation period

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting the day after your registration, without giving a reason or paying any penalties. All cancellations must be notified in writing to events@medicol.ch. Your registration fee will be refunded as soon as possible. Due to organizational constraints, this provision will not apply after March 7, 2025.

Cancellation and refund conditions

In case of cancellation of your registration, please pay attention to the following cancellation and refund conditions:

Any cancellation of registration must be notified in writing (email).

• [From April 23 to March 23, 2026] Refund of your registration fees [-50%]
• [As of March 24, 2026] no refunds of your registration fees will be issued. In cases of force majeure, each case will be handled individually, and all refund requests must be accompanied by valid supporting documentation.

Our refunds are issued via credit to the bank card used during registration.

Data protection

Personal data is treated in a strictly confidential manner. The data obtained is generally not transmitted to third parties and is used only for the organization of the congress (including the on-site distribution of a list of participants to all speakers, partners and sponsors).
Participants agree, however, that Medicol may use this data for informational purposes related to other congresses and transmit it to sponsors for use related to the congress.

Security

By registering, participants accept the provisions concerning security, access and the conduct of the congress and agree that in the event of non-compliance with these provisions, he or she may be excluded from the event without the right to compensation.

Image rights authorization

Participants are informed that photographs, videos, and audio recordings of participants will be taken for publication after the event on the congress organizer's website, in trade magazines, and/or in other publications. By registering and accepting the terms and conditions, participants consent to the use and/or publication of these photographic, video, and/or audio recordings.

Insurance

Insurance for damage to persons and property is the responsibility of the participants.
