Dr. Christophe Sadowski
Orthopedic surgeon and traumatology specialist
Originally from Geneva, Dr. Christophe Sadowski studied medicine at the University of Geneva. He specialized in orthopedics and traumatology at the Geneva University Hospitals, where he then worked for several years as a clinic head.
In 2001, he was appointed head physician of the orthopedic traumatology department at Morges Hospital, a position he held for 16 years. This role as head physician required versatility in traumatology and orthopedics. On several occasions, he co-organized AO courses in Davos for young traumatologists. In elective orthopedics, he acquired extensive experience in the field of hip and knee prosthetic surgery. He was one of the first orthopedists in Switzerland to adopt the technique of implanting hip prostheses using the anterior minimally invasive approach.
For over 15 years he has been a trainer in the implantation of total hip prostheses using a minimally invasive anterior approach. He has also participated in orthopedic missions in the prosthetic field in Cameroon.
In 2017, wishing to promote personalized medicine as close as possible to his patients and to focus on the field of prosthetics, he set up a private practice in association with Dr. Marco Saglini with whom he shares the same values.
